Grand Hotel Sofia is the best hotel in the Bulgarian capital which is not a part of an international chain, according the TripAdvisor's annual chart for customers' satisfaction. The hotel won the prestigious Cerificate for Excellence for sixth consecutive year in the competition of 116 establishments in the capital. TripAdisor is the largest travelling website, offering its visitors the opportunity to share experiences and rate the quality of the services provided by hotels all over the world.
